Replying to an email

Just opened up an account for my daughter. She read an email I sent to her (welcoming her to her new email account) and hit 'reply', typed in a message and it will not let her send a response back to me (or anyone for that matter). It is stated invalid email address and can only use a comma (my email address is clearly correct in the 'to' box). can someone help?

If you can let me know what your daughter's kidsEmail account is and the exact email address that she is trying to send the email too, I'll look into it.
