Contact entry starts with focus on first field

If you updated the contact management page to start with focus on the "Nick name" field it would not only speed entry of a single address book entry, but would dramatically improve your ability to enter several as you could just hit enter after filling in the last field.  When the page reloaded you could just start entering the next one and hit enter when you were done again.

I have added changes to accommodate your request to this page and any other page where I found a textbox focus to be relevant.  Thanks for the suggestion.
