Email field too short in contact list

The email address field is too short!  I have an email (admittedly it is pretty long, but far from the longest I've seen) that I can't enter into the contacts book because it gets truncated.  Any way to increase that?

Thanks for the heads-up.  I have increased the maximum length for email fields in the contact list to a much more manageable limit.
