Sent folder showing wrong recipient!

When I look at my daughter's "Sent Items" folder, it shows the emails that she has sent.  However, it lists my address as the recipient for every message, including those she sent to others.  I'm not sure if this is always happening or if this is a side effect of having the "copy me on outgoing messages" option enabled (which I do).
