Problem:  If you turn on the "Copy me on outgoing messages" safety setting, it works, but the message I receive is very confusing.  Most importantly, it doesn't contain any indication of whom the recipient of the message was.  I'd suggest something like:

This is a copy of a message sent by <child> on <date>.  You are receiving it because you have turned on the "copy me on outgoing messages" safety setting for this child.  If you do not wish to see these messages, you can modify this setting here.
