Hi again,
I signed up kidmailpro last week. My kid could send and receive emails OK per Contact List setup. It seems to me now that my child is unable to receive any emails.
* Emails sent to my child not shown in Inbox, neither in the Mail Queue.
* If my child sent me an email and I replied to it, my email showed up in my child's Inbox.
