Unknow Header re: attachment Images

Just started trying Kids email yesterday. Took some pics and sent them as attachments. But, whether they are GIF or JPEG when trying to open the attachment I get:

Can't read file header! Unknown file format or file not found!

Have tried using a number of image viewers, to no avail.

SAM,

I'll take a look at this.  Can you tell me from what email client you are sending your attachments? For example, are you using hotmail, gmail, Outlook, etc.

Sam,

I have looked into the situation regarding your child's attachment. I believe that I found the issue in the code on our end and have fixed it. Please try again and let me know if you still see any problems.
