Unable to Log In

Hi, for the last 2 days, when my daughter attempts to log in to her account, she receives the following error message: Please excuse us while we do a little maintentance. The system will be back up shortly. 
Is this something specific to my daughter's account?

Thank you for the notice.  That message was supposed to be removed yesterday.  I have removed the message and your children should be able to log in now.

I have added a couple more free months to your account for bringing this to my attention.
