Registering Child's Email
« on: October 25, 2009, 07:52:01 PM »
Hi.  The system will not allow me to register my child for an account.  After I sign in and click on the link to add a child, the system kicks me back out to the log in page again.  So, I'm trapped in a loop.  Can you correct this error?

I am having trouble reproducing the error that you're talking about.  I have logged into your account and successfully added a test user (which I have now deleted).  Can you logout and login and then try again?

If you keep getting the problem, please let me know!  I will do whatever I can to help you with this issue.

Hi.  I'm still having the problem.  I logged out and logged back in several times, but when I attempt to add a child, I get kicked out to the login screen.  I'm using internet explorer 7 and windows xp.

Hi again.  I still can't register my child, so I assume you can't correct the error.  Unless I hear from you shortly, I'm giving up.

Thank you for your question.  Can you go to this URL and let me know what the results are:
http://www.kidsemail.org/detectSettings.php

If you could copy/paste the results and send them to me in an IM, that would be great.
