I am set up on auto payment. You all set the payment date. The amount hit my account today 2/22, however, the account says it was suspended on 2/21. Please re-activate our account and adjust the auto withdrawal from my account so this does not happen again.
It is very frustrating as I need a password email for one of my childrens homeschool typing websites. I am unable to retrieve this password since we are not allowed into our account.
