What is your purpose for wanting to change the email address? Are you wanting her to be able to log in to the parent control panel with her email address, or is it more so that she gets the mail queue alerts, outgoing/incoming messages, etc?
In short, you cannot change the email address as it is the account ID. I can change it for you in the database, however. I would like to understand your reasoning so that I can improve the product based on yours (and probably others) needs.
