Not getting emails from certain service

My child is not able to get emails from mine and several of her family members who have an email address through .easy - is this a problem with them, us or what?? The incoming mails arent even going to my queue to approve them for her. Please help!!

If you could tell me what their email addresses are, I'll look through our system to see if they got caught up somewhere.  Also, please let me know what date/time that the emails were sent.

The email addresses that seem to be getting lost are [email protected] and [email protected]. Emails were sent on 1/22/10 - hope you can help:)
