I just wanted to write a quick post to let everyone know that there was an unscheduled move of our servers to a new data center.  This disabled our server and caused an errant "Account Suspended" message to display when you attempted to access KidsEmail.org.

We are still bringing services online from the move and all services should be available within the next couple of hours.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

My daughter's account has been suspended.  I am trying to login and make a payment to keep her services.  When I attempt to login, I receive a screen stating page not found.  Do you have an ETA on when the problem will be resolved?  My daughter lives in another state and we rely on this service to keep in contact.  Thanks!

Thank you for the post.  This will be resolved within a couple of hours and is related to the data center migration that occurred yesterday.

I will update this thread when that is complete.
