Our trial account has expired and I am trying to pay for a subscription.  I have two problems.  My first one is that I am unable to select the 13 months special.  This is the one that I would like to purchase.  The second problem I have is that I am unable to put APO as a valid city and there is not an option for AE as a state for my billing address (my husband and I are currently stationed overseas).  I do not wish to go through paypal...any other options?
