copies of messages

I just created an account for my daughter last night. She has sent and received a couple of e-mails since. I have it set up to send me a copy of any messages that she sends or receives. I have not gotten any of the copies so far. Is there a reason this is happening? Do i have a setting wrong? Please let me know so i can fix this. Thank you!

I am having a similar problem.  When my daughter's account receives an e-mail, I am notified, but when she sends one, I am not.  The settings on her account show that I should be copied for both incoming and outgoing.

I have made some tweaks to this area to fix problems that some users were having.  Can you let me know if this fixes your issue?
