Time Change Not Correct

I blocked out time that I dont want my daughter logging into her account.  I later realized that this account is pacific time, not eastern standard (US).  Does anyone know how to change this?

I have now made it so that it will auto-detect what time zone that you're in.  Can you try this again and let me know if it works for you?  Thanks!
