I am having the same problem. Spoke to my daughter this morning she said she emailed me on Wednesday, but I haven't received it. I just tried emailing her and she has not received it nor did I receive the normal notice that she has received email. We have only been with the service a couple of weeks and were really excited about the girls being able to contact me when ever they wanted. Since I am a deployed mother every chance at communication is critical. I felt horrible that she thought I had ignored her email for two whole days.
