Hi --

My daughter must have clicked on a site that she wasn't aware of, and it started spamming her.  I'm now getting multiple spam messages in the mail queue (and on my Blackberry :-().  Is there a way to prevent this without actually changing her e-mail address?

Anne,

The simplest way to do this is to add that person (or organization) to the Blocked Senders list.  That will keep those emails away from your daughter.
