Having a time zone offset on the account would be good rather than adjust hours according to the server time zone (whatever that is) for kid login denial. 11:00pm was set for the first hour of denial where 10:45PM CST login was denied. I see here in the forum that a reply I made here on the forum shows ~9:45PM.
