It was a pleasure chatting with you on the phone to assist you with canceling your account. As mentioned earlier on in this thread, you may cancel by logging in to your account, going to the payments tab, and clicking on the "Delete Account" button.
Typically I let account owners do this themselves as this both cancels your subscription and deletes the account. However, you mentioned that you wanted me to click the button, so I have done so. Your account and subscription has been removed.
