On Oct 27, I paid via PayPal to have my child's account extended past the trial period. Yesterday I got a Mail Queue Alert for the account. I went to log on, and it shows the account as still expired, and I cannot approve (or even see) the message. Can you help?

Thank you! I can log in and everything seems to work now.
However, in the interest of honesty, I must point out that you credited my account for 13 months, but I only paid for one. I do plan to buy a whole year's subscription, but money is tight this month. I will be making a full payment in the (hopefully near) future.
Anyhow, thanks for unlocking the account.

Sue, thanks for letting me know. I have credited your account for 13 months (on purpose
), so you can log into Paypal and stop your monthly subscription payments if you wish.
