setting up child's email

when i enter the information in the fields to set up my child's email, and click "submit/enter"... all it does is reset; nothing else.  It won't set up anything.

Are you still seeing this?  If so, can you send me any more information?  What browser are you using (Internet Explorer or Firefox)?  Can you copy/paste the URL of the registration page as well?

I believe that I have found the issue that you ran into.  There were some extensive modifications made yesterday to the parental control panel, and the result made it so that users that had not registered a child yet could not register their first child account (on some browsers).  I have fixed the bug.

Please try this again and let me know if it works for you.  When you let me know, I will add 6 month free to your account for reporting/commenting on this issue.
