Grounded Feature

I was testing the grounded feature.  I grounded my daughter for 2 hours.  However, she was still able to log into her account, and view her emails.

Ditto!!  I actually grounded my daughter for one week.  She tried logging in today and got in as normal.  I went into the parents controls and it shows she is grounded for a week.  What gives??
