Trying to set up monthly payment

I have entered all the information for monthly payment then hit continue and I get a paypal registration screen.  I do not wish to use paypal!  Is that the only option?  If so, why did I have to enter all my personal debit card information?  Please help ASAP

Currently, you can either pay with your PayPal account or via using a credit/debit card.  When your card info is entered, PayPal requests that you create a PayPal account.  This is so that you are able to cancel your subscription if/when you desire.

Doing it this way, you are still paying via your credit/debit card (not from a PayPal acct).  However, you are required to create a PayPal account doing it this way.

Many people prefer the PayPal route.  However, there are many that do not. Therefore, I have been working on adding the option to pay via a credit card without using PayPal.  This feature should be available in about a month.

I have added another free month to your account.  When that month is up, we should have that new option for you!

Just signed up and really think this is a great service.  I know we get 30 days, but can we go ahead and pay for a year?

I'm glad that you are enjoying the service!  You may create your subscription by going to the parental control panel and clicking on the 'Payments' tab.  There you will find a link to create a subscription.
