Child not able to receive emails

Hi,

I just signed up for a free trial of Kidsemail for my child.  I thought I successfully setup her email account - I was able to send a test email from her account and reply to it from my hotmail account.  However, after that initial correspondence, she has NOT been able to receive any emails from me (using my hotmail account).  Any idea why this might be happening?  Please help.  I think I might like this site for my child and would love to continue using it if it works properly. Thanks!

Hello, npjustice.  I have looked into your situation and found a bug in our system.  Your email client sent the message in a way that our code was not expecting.  We have now fixed the problem.
