When I use the backspace key in the "to" field in a new message, an error occurs that results in the display of another web page with a generic error message.  Problem occurred while using the child account,  new message editting interface for an account in which the child can only send/rcv from defined contacts.

When your setting won't allow kids to type in the TO field, then they aren't actually able to enter that field.  Then the backspace will take you to a previous page, since that is what Internet Explorer/Firefox does.  There isn't much that I can do about that.

However, I think the reason that you care is because you may have had typed a message and going to the previous page could have erased your email.  In order to keep this from happening, if you begin typing a message and then you attempt to leave the page, there will be an alert dialog letting you know that you'll lose your message if you leave the page (and you're able to cancel the leaving of the page).
