Daughter's email won't send some .Jpeg items

Just signed up my 13 year old daughter and she has sent some emails to me with .jpeg and only I have only recieved one but not the other 2 or 3.  Her settings allow her to send/receive so I'm not sure where there is a glitch....... Also I have been looking for a contact phone number outside of posting a questions and I don't see one.  Does this service offer a contact number?  Thanks

I am unable to reproduce this problem.  Is your daughter still seeing this issue?  If so, I've got a couple of questions...
  • Did you not receive the email at all, or did you get the email but did not get an attachment with it?
  • Did you check your spam folder to see if the email happened to go there?
  • Can you see anything different about the emails with jpeg attachments that didn't go through vs the ones that did?
