MY CHILD ISN'T RECEIVING ANY EMAILS.
First, please check the mail queue. This is where the email goes when it has failed the safety settings that you set for your child. If it is there, simply approve the message and it will be delivered to your child.

If the above is not the issue, please check to make sure the sender's email address is not blocked.

I FOUND A BUG. WHERE CAN I SUBMIT IT?
Please log a ticket in our
support center and we will do our best to address the issue as soon as possible!

I HAVE AN IDEA TO MAKE KidsEmail EVEN BETTER! HOW CAN I GIVE THIS FEEDBACK?
Please send this idea to our
support center's feedback section. We love to get ideas from our users. In fact, some of our best features came from customer suggestions!

CAN I BE COPIED ON MY CHILD'S EMAILS?
Yes, you can be copied on incoming and outgoing messages. You can also choose to approve any email before your child sees it. We try to make this simple by letting you do this within the parental control panel or by simply clicking on a link in your email notification.

HOW MANY EMAILS CAN I HAVE?
Unlimited.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.

If you are a parent and forgot the password for your account, you can recover it at any time by going to the following URL: www.kidsemail.org/forgotPassword.php

If a child of yours forgot their password, you may view it from within the parental control panel. To do this, do the following:

WHICH BROWSERS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH KidsEmail?
KidsEmail should work well on any of the popular internet browsers.

HOW MUCH DOES C_DOMAIN COST?
KidsEmail is free for the first 30 days. The 30 days is a trial period. You are NOT required to enter a credit card number or any payment information to try out the system. Automatic cancellation of account will occur one month after expiration of trial if no payment is made to continue service.

If you decide to keep your subscription to KidsEmail, you may choose between a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription (best deal). You can view the rates here.

HOW MANY CHILDREN ACCOUNTS CAN I HAVE FOR THIS PRICE?
Unlike our competitors who charge extra for each child you have, we allow up to 4 children (monthly subscription) or up to 6 children (annual subscription) per paying adult for no additional fee!
